Lot rent is $415 per month.  This is a homeowners community.  No rental units.  

Electricity is the home-owners responsibility.  Home-owners pay for water, sewer, garbage

which averages $38, and is based on usage.  

Background checks cost $25 and are non-refundable.

A lease is required for the lot.

Lot rent includes maintenance on the common grounds.
